Think Learning Services Listed on G-Cloud 10

The UK Government G-Cloud is an initiative which aims to make the procurement of Cloud based software, services or people to deliver digital projects across the whole of the Public Sector simpler, clearer and quicker.
The G-Cloud consists of:
- A series of framework agreements with suppliers, from which public sector organisations can buy services without needing to run a full tender or competition procurement process.
- An online store – the “Digital Marketplace” that allows public sector bodies to search for services that are covered by the G-Cloud frameworks.
Services in the marketplace can be searched by free text search as well as by continual narrowing of the field using various search criteria such as business impact level supported, cost, deployment model, supplier type, user support, data protection and security protocols, governance standards, etc.
The Digital Marketplace procurement processes handle selection and procurement of services. They do not replace internal processes for securing funds. However, assuming funds are available, procurement from the Digital Marketplace does not require a full tender or mini-competition.

We have listed five key services on G-Cloud:
The Totara Learn LMS (Learning Management System) enables you to deliver learning effectively through individual learning plans which reflect your employees’ roles, training needs and objectives. It is a functionally rich learning platform which can be implemented quickly and at a fraction of the cost of proprietary solutions. We have two different deployment models for Totara Learn.
- Totara Learn VLE – A straightforward, rapid e-learning platform solution approach (VLE), that does not require the full breadth of Totara’s features (e.g Seminar Management, Target Audiences, Certifications, Learning Plans etc).
- Totara Learn LMS – A more in-depth, complex implementation (LMS) involving full compliance tracking / reporting, using a wide range of Totara features, and including a bespoke, consultancy-led setup project. This approach is typical with our Enterprise, NHS/ Healthcare clients.
Totara Performance closely integrates performance appraisal, revalidation, CPD, and goal-setting. Users can set goals and objectives, record 360 feedback, undertake appraisal, and manage team performance. Features can sit alongside the existing LMS functionality around reviewing competence, identifying learning needs, personal development planning (PDPs), and learning, to improve overall work-based performance. Depending on your specific requirements, we can work with you to configure and implement core Totara appraisal features, or you can use our Workflow extension to create more advanced, versatile performance (and business) processes in Totara Learn.
Totara Social is designed to engage and connect your people to the knowledge and resources within your organisation. Social learning and networking is essential for collaborative working providing significant employee engagement benefits. You can use Totara Social as your Enterprise Social Network to become more adaptable, share information and innovate at speed.
Flex LCMS (Learning Content Management System) can manage and host e-learning content for access within any Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) using SCORM and AICC. There are also e-learning player options available.

Our consultancy and technical teams provide a range of learning technology services including implementation, project management, testing, e-learning design and training service to deliver your learning and performance management requirements.
