The UK Government G-Cloud framework is an initiative which aims to make the procurement of Cloud based software, services or people to deliver digital projects across the whole of the Public Sector simpler, clearer and quicker.

Think Learning are proud to say we have been selected for the G-Cloud Framework and are now live on G-Cloud 11.

We have worked with several public sector and NHS organisations procuring directly from G-Cloud after reviewing a range of providers. The Digital Marketplace procurement processes handle the selection and procurement of services and procurement from the Digital Marketplace does not require a full tender or mini-competition.

Having worked with predominantly NHS and public sector organisations for the last 15 years, maintaining our listing on G-Cloud for the last 4 years is very important to us. It provides an easy way for our clients to purchase our services, safe in the knowledge that we have confirmed information about our company, the services that we offer and meet all the specific criteria for supplying to the public sector.

Totara Learn

The Totara Learn LMS (Learning Management System) enables you to deliver learning effectively through individual learning plans which reflect your employees’ roles, training needs and objectives. It is a functionally rich learning platform, with a “mobile first” adaptive user interface further refined by the Think technical and design teams to meet the needs of both desktop and mobile learners. We have three different deployment models for Totara Learn:

Totara Performance

Totara Performance closely integrates performance appraisal, revalidation, CPD, and goal-setting. Users can set goals and objectives, record 360 feedback, undertake appraisal, and manage team performance.

Totara Learn Mobile App

To help organisations embrace learning mobility, we offer a Totara Mobile App (for Android and iOS). The Totara App is a custom native App that is integrated with your Totara Learn site, making it easier for learners to keep up with their development using their own mobile devices (including offline eLearning). You can receive notifications to the app on upcoming training events and optionally enable people to make classroom booking via their phone.

Workflow Tool

The Workflow Tool is an extension of Totara Learn, developed by Think Learning, which is exclusive to our clients. This business process automation tool enables you to build online processes, and eForms, designed to match your specific organisational processes, policies and language, and make them available to staff via the familiar Totara Learn interface. For example; Workflow lends itself well to Appraisal, study or external leave management or on-boarding.
